The technician arrived on time and he was very courteous and professional. He serviced the air conditioning perfectly. The technician explained exactly what he was going to do step by step and then he did exactly what he said he was going to do. The charge for this service was very reasonable for the services rendered. Since I have Asthma, it is very important to have the air conditioner in tip top shape. Having 24 hour service is a necessity for us. I must have air conditioning 24/7 in the summer in order to breathe and prevent Asthma attacks! We highly recommend using Nebrasky to service your air conditioner and furnace. You will be very satisfied.

The service technician that arrived last night in response to our after hours call was very polite and friendly, He looked at the system very carefully and determined that the issue if not resolved could possibly cause a fire or other hazardous issue. He explained his safety concern, and insured that a technician would be there first thing in the morning with parts to resolve it. The next morning as expected another tech came to the house and did a details exam and repaired the system so it would work properly and safely. We appreciate the prompt and effective service that Nebrasky proved and we will continue to rely on them in the future .

Everything with Nebrasky was great for my first time experience, from start to finish. From style very helpful receptionist answering my questions and setting up my appointments, to have a question answered on the date of service, to an impressive notification giving me a picture, short biography and map to see the current travel location of my tech, to a great experience with the tech! Greg was incredibly patient, helpful and polite. He was respectful of my home and was upfront with me. I knew he had my best interests in mind. Greg worked quickly and neatly- I am impressed by his quality of work! I'm glad Nebrasky was recommended to me and I will be using them again in the future. My only challenge was having to wait a couple of weeks for a non-emergency evening appointment, but I also recognize that I could have taken the time off. Thanks for a great experience!
