Cannot fix anything properly. Sour puss nasty person. A joke in the plumbing world...they all laugh at him and say what a jerk he is. Run, don't walk from this excuse for a plumber.

I had several plumbing issues that needed addressing, so I called Cliff Tienken Plumbing. I've hired him before. I've tried overlooking it in the past, but let's face it: Cliff Tienken is a bit of an impersonal douche. Very flat personality. He always sounds angry or annoyed when dealing with customers. He has absolutely no liking for his job, and acts like he's doing you a favor. He seems to get enjoyment in leaving you hanging in an emergency. What'll generally happen when you call is you'll talk to him and he (begrudgingly) agrees to come out (doesn't give pricing if you ask for it), then changes his mind a minute later and has his assistant call you back to cancel. Most of the time, he won't even bother to call you back. He's an unprofessional, impertinent, unreliable snob. His son who works under him is slightly more polite, but like father, like son - no social skills. Cliff's own assistant can't blame us for going with someone else, she's fielded a lot of complaints. This guy hates his job (and quite obviously his life)... don't waste your time.
