Just called them to purchase a hot water tank. Actually needed three of them for my apartments. Was asking for a price as i do not like working with the big box stores. Was really wanting to support a local company. would also have purchased all my extra plumbing as well as EVERYTHING needed replaced... HOWEVER, i did not get past the first few seconds when i was told.. "sorry, we only sell to licensed contractors." I was asked "who is this for..?" i said personal use as my apartments are not commercial.. i was "shut down" before i could finish my sentence.. Hmmm,..? is that how you want to do business..? i never had the chance to say that i was getting a price for my contractor..! He suggested i call them.. NEVER again guys.. They were too quick to turn away money.. $$..? Must be they are doing that well... I used to stop by quite often to purchase other small odds and ends as i work on that end of town and i never had that said to me..? .. this was my time to do a big purchase.. guess i will go back to the big box stores.
