I was having a issue with my septic system. I called and was able to receive a prompt response. I have to admit when I called I was given a run down of the cost of possible procedures that may have to be performed. They were being transparent which I appreciated. As we all know there is nothing worse than having a septic issue. There are many shady companies. The technician (Steve) arrived and was very informative. The talked me through and advised me of the best possible way to resolve the problem. He was not trying to sell me unnecessary services. I am very please with the service i received and I highly recommend them.

I have known B&R plumbing my entire life - my school bus would pass their building every day. My parents always used them and I trust no one else. I had a cesspool problem and they were here less than 2 hours later. They were friendly and efficient - finding the cap in no time and pumped us out. Gary was here 7 years ago when I had my last problem and was here again. Fantastic service. - Don C.
