1)Used dryer venting for a water heater. 2) set the gas water heater on wood slats. 3) didn't install a dirt leg. 4) connected coper to galvanized without a dielectric nipple, dielectric union or brass fitting. Saving the best for last!!! when connecting the vent they pushed the pipe together and opened the seam allowing co2 to pour into their home. Glad the home owners had the tank checked by a true professional. By the way 90% of all plumbers are hacks in the summit county region and beyond.

ABC was super friendly and courteous. Gave me a price over the phone of $105 to snake a drain in my basement. Other companies wanted $250. ABC came out within 1 hour after I called took them 3 minutes to clear my drain. Working great now will use ABC from now on.

I hired ABC to re plumb an entire apartment. The apartment building has two units. One on top and the other on the bottom. The renovation was complete so that the drywall was removed and all the plumbing was exposed. Within one year there were leaks in the ceiling. I called ABC office and got no return call. I was required to remove the new ceiling and redo all the work that this company charged me for. I would use never recommend this company and would suggest that exercise caution in dealing with them
