We recently had Jack Woods Plumbing install a couple of gas lines for the grill and fire pit in our new patio. They sent us Jim Crabtree and his buddy and they both did an excellent job. They were both very friendly, professional and efficient. Their work looks great! I highly recommend them if you need any plumbing done!

I hired Jack L Woods Plumbing to replace a leaking emergency shut off valve. It was about a two week wait between call and appt, but the plumber assigned to my job was polite and professional. I needed to call ahead of time to have the city turn off the water at the street, so I called in to let them know when the water was off and they sent the plumber out sooner than later. The price was competitive with others quotes.

Avoid at all costs! This is actually my first negative review, so I don't make a habit of this. But, my experience with Jack L Woods was so horrible, I really do feel like I need to warn people. I am also posting this in my neighborhood Facebook group so that I can hopefully save someone the same trouble we have experienced. The plumbing was OK, but they actually completely damaged both new tub/showers I had done one week prior. I was very, very clear with the plumber that both tubs were new and needed a bit of babying. However, he put a huge gouge in one tub bottom and dripped molten metal (which, of course, adhered permanently) on the bottom of the other shower. The worst part is that when I called to talk to them about the damage, they were completely unresponsive. I have pictures of the damage that I sent to the (great!) folks who installed the bathtub/shower - and he said it looks like unbelievable carelessness. Simply putting a soft cloth down would have prevented both issues. Jack L Woods does not return phone calls when they say they will and is not doing anything about this damage. We need to get it repaired right away since there is a gouge out of the tub and I do not want water gathering there. Yet, it's been a week and they will still not get back with us about how it will be addressed. So, if you do use Jack L Woods do not be surprised if they are careless with your property, damage it, then refuse to take responsibility and have it corrected. I can honestly say I've never experienced such awful service in my life. Please - buyer beware!!

I spent a few hours trying all the remedies to solve a blocked kitchen sink. I used Draino, a plunger, a sink snake, you name it...I tried it with no success. I called this company the next morning and a few hours later they came and cleared the blockage. They were very professional and the price was great. Had I known it would be as cheap as it was, I would have saved myself a lot of time and effort. Highly recommend.

Well, at one time I had confidence in this company but like many others that posted bad reviews, this last visit was the end for me ever calling them again. I had used them twice before and they did okay. About 6 months ago, I had a leak in a pipe from my wife's bathroom. They came out and fixed it. Last week I had water spots in the same location. I started to call them again and as I was looking up their contact info, I noticed the negative reviews on the website. That told me to just call someone else. So I did. What I found out was that the leak was in the exact same pipe as before. What was done when they '"Fixed It" was that one of the pipes was too short and so it was rigged to try and make it fit instead of recutting the pipe to fit the way it should. So" in time, it shook loose and started to leak again. Well... After they "Fixed it" the first time, it cost me another $250 to have my cieling redone. This time, I had to pay for another company to come out to really fix it. That cost me $127. Now I have to have my ceiling redone again. Probably another $250. And the room needs to be repainted and new trim because the water leak has destroyed those also. So now I know why they are not geeting that many good reviews. My recommendation... Find someone else and check the reviews first.
