Jay is awesome! He is professional, honest and knowledgeable. My first issue was a gas hot water heater not working. I reached out via email in the evening and I received a call the next morning. Jay arrived on time assessed the issue and proceeded to fix the problem. He explained what would be completed and the cost. My second issue was a leaking kitchen sink again sent email and received a call back Jay was on time assessed the issue provided options along with costs of each. Jay proceeded with completing the option I chose without delays or issues.

Jay replaced our hot water heater. Price was reasonable and quality of work was great. The next day he cleaned out our outside rain runoffs on both sides of the house in the freezing cold. He spent several hours on the job. Jay is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We have had him address our plumbing needs on multiple occasions.

Nothing but 5 stars all around. He came same day at 7:30 at night and didn't leave until the job was completed 4 hours later! He was kind, polite, prepared, and amazing to talk with while he worked hard to fix our problem. We won't be calling anyone else from now on!

On the recommendation of a friend from church, I had the Service Company come out and clear my main line, due to tree roots backing up my drain. Jay showed up and did an excellent job fixing my problem and explaining what he was doing during the process. It was great customer service, at a fair price, with the bonus of good conversation. I recommend and will use The Service Company again in the future.
