Tim Fannon of riteway plumbing is a cheat scammer after him signing a contract saying that he would run plumbing from the meter to our house for $2,200. We gave him $1,000 down. He came back 2 Days Later got $400 of the 1200 that we owe him. Dugged a hole in our yard and house. May be back in a couple of days he came back at $200 then he came back and got $600 after that he never came back he stole her money and laugh about it just found out today that Riteway Plumbing is a fake plumbing company and has no license to do what he is supposed to be doing not only in my filing small claims court on him I'm also filing a civil suit against him he's going to be put in jail for scamming Mr Tm if you're reading this I also have the names of the other people that you're scamming that you have scam they will be appearing in court with me you're going to go to jail.

Would have given Riteway Plumbing no stars if it was an option. Had this so called plumber repair two outside faucets. Had to call him back to fix both lines. He fixed one but the other continued to leak. Tim came back two more times but could not fix the other outside faucet. He eventually stopped returning my phone calls / texts and would not give me a refund. I informed Tim that I would pay him for the parts and labor for the one line he fixed but he would not return my phone calls. Called another plumber and he had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. Do not hire this guy and for heavens sake do not allow him to do any soldering work because it is apparent he does not know what he's doing. Beware, stay away from this crook!!! Cost me well over $500.00 to fix two outside faucet. I hope this guy is not still in business continuing to rip people off.

Horrible. Wolf in sheeps clothing. Asked Tim to come and do a snake job. He gave up half way in and said I needed to do a major plumbing job and quoted me $1,500. After refusing the offer and asked him to finish an fairly easy job he packed up his things collected the check and left. Scheduled a follow up but then did a no call no show after my check cleared. His license should totally be revoked. Don't get fooled by his under quote. Use Angie's list.

Absolute fraud. Took down payment, did terrible work on day one and never came back. Do NOT use Tim Fannon or his company. Wish I would have seen these reviews before I called him.
