I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Waited 3 weeks for them to come out to do a job. They came out did the estimate, said they would come back out to do the job, the morning of the job they call and say they cant operate a power tool in the rain, which I get that for the most part other than for the 5 minutes it would have taken to drill a hole in the side of the wall his wife could have held an umbrella for him, but apparently they don't believe in going the extra mile for someone who has already waited 3 weeks for them. So I was ok with it UNTIL they came back after the rescheduled appointment and said a studded wall, no dry wall on it yet, was in there way.... I said is walking around the wall to the doorway not an option.. said nope and just walked out of the job. LAZY people, RUDE and have an excuse for everything. You are better off paying someone to drive an hour than rely on these people. So like I said, I can sort of get the power tool cop out but to walk off a job because you are too lazy to walk around a wall and be that ignorant to someone who has waited 3 weeks for you to do a job is unprofessional and not worthy of any business. Oh by the way, if you have American Home Shield DONT let them send these people out to your home. UPDATE after the co-owners comment: As I said, an excuse for everything. So the "rain" issue aside, since you cant hold an umbrealla for him for 5 minutes, how professional is it to walk off a job a customer has waited 3 weeks to be completed because you cant walk around a wall. I had another plumber come here today, 2 hours after you said "I cant do it" (Lazy) that said it will be no problem at all. I'll be sure to post pictures when they are here doing the work so you can see how it is done and how there is nothing in the way. Rudeness is not a way of business and what your company pulled today was unprofessional and rude. If he knows right from wrong then he should apply that to how he treats his customers.

^^^^^^^ This customer that is complaining was incredibly unknowledgeable about wanting a free estimate for a gas leak. Sent us to the house twice (which was on the market for re-sale) with no-one there to gain access in the dead of winter and 25 miles one direction :-( Not even knowing what work needed for FREE Estimate... Impossible
