Good/wide selection of products and hardware... Although, they tend to stock your most common items. Definitely not a "one-stop-shop", but what do you expect from a small town store? The employees are all very helpful and seek you out... You're not stuck searching the entire store for help. I give 4/5 stars, only because, out of 10 items I usually have to order 1 or 2. Staff is 5/5!

Have a wood pellet heater at my Florence house which needed servicing [bad exhaust blower]. Dave not only did a fine job of fixing the problem he also took care of a bunch of other minor issues [missing screws and vibration isolation pads] which, although not part of the original servicing request, needed to be addressed. End result is a functioning heater that is markedly quieter than before. No return visit needed, no "sorry, cannot help you". What more can you ask for?

Bought a wood stove and the installation. The installation was fine but the wood stove is not airtight and overheats the house. The Bear wood bricks which were included are worthless, burning fast and the slightest moisture puffs them up leaving a pile of sawdust. I deeply regret walking into their store.

Once again I forgot 'Farr's First' and ran all over the place looking for a small space heater. Ok, so just to Bi-Mart and Fred Meyers before I almost drive past Farr's. Time and time again I find what I need at Farr's and I am definitely going to start at Farr's first again!

Helpful staff. Decent prices and selection.
