So how do I say this.... be VERY CAUTIOUS!!! I attempted to subcontract this company because our plumbers were tied up for the day. Only to find out they could not clear the drain. I thought why??? Who gives up on a job? Well, after talking to the gentleman that went out, he informed me that this roto-rooter outfit does not do plumbing work and would not remove the toilet to clear the drain. I was shocked to learn that a "draining cleaning company" would not pull the toilet to gain access the drain line. Last time I checked... you do not need a plumbing license to remove a toilet and put it back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Left my info with a receptionist for a backed up sewer. Waited a half hour. Called back and then someone called me right back. Man said he was busy and no guarantee he could make it out tonight. I appreciate him being upfront but wish I had known that prior to waiting a half hour.

We had a window well back up and they came the next day and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I would definitely use again .

The woman who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. None of the 6 bathrooms worked in our office building, so I was asked by my boss to take care of the problem. When I called, the receptionist was extremely short with me, had an attitude the entire time, did not answer my questions, was not at all helpful, and in the end said it's "my call" on what I should do, but then said she had another call so to call back when Ive made a decision. She then proceeded to hang up on me before I could say anything else! Your job is to answer the phone, and you treat your customers like that?? Needless to say I took my business somewhere else!! Would NOT recommend.
