Qualified professional with the best price! Work was done in a timely manner. The sewer line passed inspection. Highly recommend!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!! EXTREMELY DISHONEST, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL: He gave me a low-ball estimate for a sewer liner, then strung me along for months with occasional calls, saying he was busy but promising/pleading to do the work because "he REALLY wanted to get into O'HaraTwp" through my referrals. As the deadline to repair the sewer approached he stopped returning my calls and texts altogether. He almost cost me thousands in fines, and left me scrambling to find another plumber. I had to pay hundreds extra to a reputable plumber, out of my own pocket, to make up for the difference in what the bank provided for his low-ball estimate, when they unfortunately chose him because he was lowest. As an excuse to cancel, he stopped by unannounced months late and claimed he broke his camera on rocks in my sewer. Rocks that weren't there when the dye test was done, but mysteriously appeared when he finally showed up. He was rude to my neighbors when asked who he was and what he was doing, and then left suddenly, leaving them to remove the rocks that he most likely placed in the sewer. He claimed he didn't have a replacement camera (other plumbers have at least 12) or money to repair it, and actually implied it was MY fault that he broke his camera on MY rocks and acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me for his camera! I have since been told by other plumbers that he is regarded as a "joke"and does this all the time-bids low to get the job, overbooks, then cancels last minute. I wish I could give him negative stars. Please do yourself a favor and avoid him like the plague!

T.O. Plumbing was courteous and answered many questions both during the bid process and once the bid was accepted for the work. The work was done quickly and even finished on Thanksgiving Day morning to our surprise. Tom handled all the needed Borough and County inspections. They are even coming back in the spring to redo landscaping. The bid from T.O. Plumbing was the lowest by far of 5 bids requested. We are completely satisfied with the work and experience.

T.O. Plumbing has great customer service. They were at my house days within me calling. No digging of my lawn or driveway was neccessary to do my sewer lining. He was the cheapest out of my five other bids I had gotten. Best in the business

G.Pauley - Charleroi, PA 3-12-15 - This guy is the real deal. He knows his stuff! Thought we had a broken sewer line. Tom used the camera and determined there was no break. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing issues.
