Technician came out for 5 minutes misdiagnosed the problem and throw away my $50 air vents that he says were bad. Sent me a $125 Bill. I proceeded to buy 2 new vents that were supposed to fix the problem but the same issue came up again. Called several times to reschedule a follow up appointment. Was told numerous times that someone would call me back to reschedule no one ever did. Finally after weeks a technician came out properly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a power jet snaking on my main pipe. At that time I was assured that this would be a $300 process and proceeding with scheduling. After the tech came out and did the snaking I got a $650 bill because they say it took longer than originally planned. The tech didn't say a word and just acted like everything went as planned. I called to complain and couldn't get a anyone to call me back. They agreed to drop the original $125 service call bill but refused to do anything about the $650 bill that was more than double what I was estimated nor would they take off $50 for misdiagnosing the original problem and throwing away 2 perfectly good air vents. Unfortunately they did exactly what you heard about in the plumbing industry. Would never recommend this company and it's very clear they don't care about be transparent about there billing or customer service after the fact.

These guys took forever to finish a job for my parents replacing a sewage pipe. The initial job was done well and speedily by a good crew and the company was paid in full. But then they took 4-5 months to finish it as stated by smoothing and packing the dirt and replanting grass on our front hillside. It was a muddy mess for months and the borough was even busting our balls about the dirt spilling onto the sidewalk and street. Then DRS Plumbing sent out some hard ass to try and bully my 69 year old dad stating it wasn't the companies' responsibility. Yelling obscenities at my father like a true prick. It still looks like garbage after they finally came back to "finish" the job. They were happy to take the money and run without fully finishing what they agreed to do. Not very professional ownership. I have no gripe with the initial crews work, but the arrogance of the ownership and the way they treated my father AFTER he had paid in full is unacceptable. You can do better elsewhere.

We had sewage backing up into our basement. A different company came and quoted us thousands of dollars and multiple days to fix. I called D.R. Sevacko - they were able to come same day. They were extremely nice and professional and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

D.R. Sevacko started the work but did not complete. When called to advise still issues Ray was rude and stated was working when he left. After I paid $800 the toilet should not be running and the bathtub should not be filling up with water. I am now left with calling another plumber to finsih the job.

While trying to hang a small spice rack we punctured a water pipe that carries water upstairs to our third floor. I cut the drywall and put a small piece of rubber and a clamp to stop it. I was told by the plumber upon his arrival that my fix would have likely lasted. I decided since I was going to pay $65 for his visit, that I would have him replace that section of pipe. When I had called to make an appointment, the plumber said it would be $65 dollars and that would go into the first hour of work. He was there for about 25 minutes and had it fixed. They do not fix dry wall so all he did was repair the pipe. To my surprise the bill was $150. It caught me by surprise and a called the office. They are not overly friendly there and seemed a little frustrated for my call. I'm not sure if this is a good price or a high price honestly. The plumber he did the work was pretty cool. It just seemed a little high they say they charge for the job and not necessarily the time. The plumbers call into the shop for what to charge. They should have told me in the beginning what the charge when be as I probably wouldn't have had them do anything. I would probably try and get a hold of someone else before using these guys again in the future. I will definitely ask for the price first, before they come out, after learning how they determine their prices.
