My landlord called these guys to fix a leak. Scheduled an appointment from 1-5 on a Saturday, since I have a crazy schedule and can't be here during the week. I waited around doing some household chores for 4 hours and heard nothing. I had to leave at 5:15. At 5:17, I get a phone call saying he's 15 minutes away. I told him if he could be at my house at 5:45, I'd be back. I pulled into my neighborhood at 5:42 to see the van leaving. They called me later than their appointed time, they completely blew off a schedule, they gave me excuses for why they couldn't be here, and then left earlier than they agreed to. I would avoid using these guys unless you absolutely have to. Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs unless you want your time wasted.

This place can’t be on time for a 4 hour appointment window. That’s ridiculous. The only reason they are in business is because they have guaranteed work because they are contracted through a home warranty company. But don’t worry, they are “sorry” that they waste your entire day and don’t know how to use a phone.

They came out same day for a drain emergency. Quickly fixed the problem, bill was reasonable. Service man was polite and very professional. Will hire again.

Very bad experience. John from clear flow water solutions was inspecting my kitchen faucet and damaged it. It started leaking. He said it would cost me 250 to fix it, note they damaged my equipment , anyways i agreed to pay, they said it is too late and left. Very frustrating. They are always late, never keep up their appointments.

Blamed a water leak on a grout issue to collect a easy insurance check... I should call the BBB. Crooks.
