Very dissatisfied I have a brand new driveway and I asked the driver if his van leaked anything and he assured me it did not. He came in and gave me a quote for $500 to snake a 20ft run. When he left he left pools of oil all over my brand new driveway. I highly recommend not using this service. Unless you want a ridiculously high quote and someone who is careless about your belongings.

I had never had a need for a plumber before having to call Roto-Rooter. My father was my go-to-guy for anything and everything that ever need to be fixed. He recently passed away, so it made me extremely upset and nervous to call someone for the first time to fix something he would normally have for for me. The person on the phone was polite, told me that someone would be to me within the hour. I could not have asked for a nicer plumber that went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable with the service as well as having someone in my house. He was able to fix problem within 30mins and even provided with solutions so that it could be avoided in the future. Again, cant say about my first experience EVER with plumber. He was great!!!
