OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! WE CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH THANKS TO ZONA PLUMBING!!!!!!! We first need to tell our almost horror story. We had a backed up basement sewer. I don't want to mention the name of the company we first called, but they are a well known name and advertise on TV a lot. They make you sign a waiver when they first show up stating that if any equipment gets broken or damaged that the homeowner would be responsible. Just thinking that all they were going to do was snake the drain to unclog it, we signed it. Long story short, and 80 feet of plumbing snake later , we were told that our basement floor would have to be ripped up as this clog could not be cleared with their snake. They then proceeded to "attempt" to back their 80 feet of snake out of our drain. Both employees tried what looked like vigorous attempts to remove the snake but claimed it was "stuck" and it couldn't be removed. We smelled a rat at that point. They said that they would write up some options for us. Their charge was going to be $8100 to over $15,000!!!! We said we would have to think about it and received a more pressuring sales pitch. We repeated we were going to think about it. We immediately felt like we were being scammed. Now we had an 80 foot snake "stuck" in our drain and they told us that in fact, it was our responsibility now. We told them that by their own words the snake is "stuck" and not broken or damaged and we are not responsible. We had a very strained few minutes of conversation with the one employee calling their office and they left. We then called their office and a woman there was definitely ready for us. We told her we wanted that snake out of our drain and we are not paying to have it removed. She was extremely argumentative and threatening and told us that their waivers hold up in court and that we could either have the snake removed or they would have to arrive at a price to remove the snake and basically hung up on us. We knew then that we were being scammed. We called my husband's cousin and he recommended ZONA PLUMBING. It was almost 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. We called and left a message of our dilemma thinking would anyone even call us back and even deal with our situation. A few minutes later, TIM ZONA called us back!! He said he'd be over within an hour to look at the situation! He said he would try to get the other company's snake out and get our drain clear and would be back the following morning, which was a Saturday. Tim Zona and his son Nick showed up first thing Saturday morning. They got right to work on getting the other company's snake out of our drain. It only took them maybe 15 minutes and all 80 feet of cable was out of our drain!!!! So much for the "stuck" snake! I CAN'T TELL YOU THE ENORMOUS RELIEF WE FELT!!!. Tim and Nick fed a camera line into the drain and accessed that it was some roots that were causing the clog. They attached a cutting tool to the snake and cut out the roots and opened our drain!! They showed through the camera exactly what they had done and showed our drain was opened and also pointed out where are main house trap was on the outside of our house so the drain could be accessed easily in the future. Just the fact that ZONA PLUMBING was willing to deal with our situation is a testament to the company and to Tim Zona. We cannot thank them enough! ZONA PLUMBING literally rescued us out of what could have been a nightmare situation with that other company and potentially saved us thousands of dollars. Tim and Nick were both gentleman and extremely professional . The small fee they charged was very fair and reasonable. We highly recommend ZONA PLUMBING. Never showed up or called to cancel the appt...very unprofessional!!!!

I talked to him on the phone about coming to give an estimate for replacing my gas service line and he was very courteous. Unfortunately, he didn't show up and didn't call to tell me he couldn't make it.

Excellent customer service and quoted a better price than other local plumbers. We were having a refrigerator being delivered and needed a water line put in for the ice maker. Tim Zona organized for one of his men to be there around the time of delivery so it could be put in all at once. This might not seem like a big deal, but we didn't know the delivery time until that day. The plumber called right before showing up to make sure we were on schedule and ready for him to show up. He was courteous and professional.

i called in the evening and they showed up at 9:30 the next morning, as promised. they snaked a sewer line that was heavily clogged with roots and also a separate basement floor drain that was clogged with roots and gravel. they finished in less than one hour, cleaned up the entire work area, and charged a fair price, based on how long the job actually took. i hardly ever give 5 stars, but in this case i would give 5+. zona will be my go-to guys from now on for any plumbing issues. thank you again, and God bless.
