The company installed and serviced our heating and air conditioning system. Helpful attentive employees. Keith is an awesome technician. Courteous and explains everything. Does his job extremely well. Always true to their word when they will arrive. We highly recommend this company!!

Great service, especially like the automatic service plan. Andy is great as the other service fellows are.

1) The Leggett salesman tried to sell me a whole bunch of things I don't need instead of listening to what I actually wanted. 2) HB McClure is much more reasonably priced and was willing to work with me. I called Leggett last week to ask about scheduling service for my furnace and air conditioner in my new home. The salesman who answered the phone would hardly let me get a word in edgewise. He went on a big speech trying to get me to sign up for an expensive service plan. It is totally their right to not want to service furnaces for people who aren't on plans. However I was looking for some middle ground, and they refused to meet me halfway. Actually he was trying to sell me a new furnace which I clearly don't need! He wanted to replace my furnace filter for $65 and I had already replaced it myself for $30. Rip off artists!

We couldn't be more please with our new furnace and AC. Andy and Andy were so professional and efficient in getting the job done! This is why we have remained Leggett customers for over 20 years! Thank you!!

Your team of people that helped us get a generac installed were fantastic. Jerry the installer was the best. Everyone was great. I have recommended you folks to three people who are considering generators. Very positive experience.
