Was told we would get a call back immediately for an emergency outage on our boiler - after several calls to check on the status of the request (we were never called back) we had to find another company to perform the work. A day later and we still have not heard from Level Green - will be telling everyone we know to NOT use their services. Extremely disappointing. 100% would not call them again!

Would Never use them again! Try my best to support local businesses and they are a great reminder why you shouldn't. Had them out two days in a row for the exact issue. Every time I'm told it's fixed the third day the same issue and this time I didn't have anyone here to move the toliet for me. The guy called the owner to see if he could move the toliet for me for free since there have been so many problems and the owner said no we charge everyone. Keep that attitude up and you'll have no one. I for one will never use them again.

Answering service paged the on call as it was after hours. Someone called me back and acted like I was bothering them. That's cool, I'll definitely never call them in the future

Great family owned business. Helped me get my new sink and faucet for my kitchen project. Installed a gas shutoff valve for me too. Fast service and fair priced. Would highly recommend.

I've had my furnace and air conditioner serviced for regular maintenance by Level Green and they do a great job.
