Not sure what happened to this company - we used them for the past 7 years and had no issues, the plumber was a super friendly guy, etc. I recently called twice to schedule an appt and had to leave messages since nobody answered. I never heard back, so I tried one last time, and again had to leave a message. I finally received a call back and scheduled an appointment. The appointment time window was for 8:00-8:30am. The plumber never showed up. I called the office at 9am and was told that the plumbers took an emergency call at 7am and that they were still on that call and they didn't know when they'd be finished. Sorry, but you just lost a repeat customer as my time is valuable as well. A simple courtesy call stating they were running late would have been nice, but it seems their customer service has gone out the window.

This business came out to my mother's house to repair a bath faucet and trip lever. They would not give her any estimate on price over the phone and never discussed any service charge. Upon arrival, the technician quoted her a price over $700. She decided this was far too high for the job and decided against the service. He was unaware if there would be a fee for coming out and called back to his company. The woman on the phone replied that it would cost over $150. We refused to pay this price and offered a smaller sum for his time. I spoke to the woman on the phone who cut me off multiple times, lied about her conversations with my mother and eventually hung up on me. I have since filed a complaint about this business. Not surprisingly, she replied to the complaint with a handful of lies as well about how I was the belligerent one. I would never work with business again!

If I could give less than one star I would. Called and was told plumber will be between 1-3. At 4:30 no plumber and no call. I tried to call again, nobody picked up, left a message. A little after 5 get a call back, saying they had no reception where they were working and they also haven't noticed they are running late. Said they are coming and will give a call when they are on the way. Never showed up, never called. Total lack of service as well as basic courtesy. Will never use again.

Great Service! These really are my Favorite Plumbers. They cleared out my main drain which had root damage on the pipes. I thought the price was fair for 2 men and half a day of work. Clearing Drain Pipes can be a exhausting job. Thanks

Called them to fix a leak coming from the wall. Guy came out, looked around (didn't really touch anything), said "it could be anything - we'll have to come back - let us know. Bye." Charged me $98. Never again.
