The first time I called them to jet a sewer line for an 8 unit rental building they came out the next day and took care of it. While it was extremely expensive, it needed to be done. The clogged sewer line caused 8 families to be unable to use their bathrooms. A few months later it happened again, so I called them again. They came out again and took care of it. 2 days later it clogged again. This time, they said I was on the schedule for the following day (even though they say 24 hours emergency service). They next day I called them to confirm a time and they said I wasn't on the schedule and they wouldn't be able to come out that day. Keep in mind, there are 8 families unable to use their bathrooms, and I reminded them of this. They promised me the following day they would take care of it. The next day, I drove to the property to meet them at the time we had scheduled. They called me at the time we were supposed to meet and cancelled due to weather. So at this point I was done with them. I called Kline's Services. They came out immediately and did the job for less than half the price. They also walked me through what the issue was and formulated a plan so that this doesn't keep happening. Long story short, I will be using Kline's from now on.

I called Roto-rooter for a slow drain for one of my rental properties. The service technician could not fix the problem. Their own service technician recommended another company to me to fix the problem. They still charged me a very high service fee (over $250 dollars) for doing nothing. I called their company about the situation, but I got very rude customer service. I had another company fixed the drain and replaced the pipe for less of what Roto-Rooter was asked for. I do not recommend anybody to use this company. You will get a much higher price but won't get the problem resolved.

Everyone was so nice and when Mike got at my home he was very nice and helpful, he got the job done in no time.
