Great service. Beautiful bathroom remodel

I had the best experience with Swisher. Referred by a friend, I called them because we had a sewer line break. They literally had someone checking out the pipe within 30 minutes. Everyone that we worked with was kind and courteous. And the best part was that their invoice came in at half the price of their competitor. Then, they called to make sure that everything was ok a couple of days later. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely use them when we get our bathroom redone.

Over the years we have used Swisher for general plumbing needs, when our geothermal folks quoted us $5000 for water softener that was $3000 2 years earlier we asked Swisher for a quote. Turns out it was still around $3200 for the exact Masters system. That should have been a sign. Then we didn't have Swisher involved in our master bathroom renovation...biggest mistake ever. We hired a decorator who brought in her subs and things were not to code. We had the external public septic system back venting into our house. I was humiliated and swallowed my pride, called Swisher and haven't looked back. We have 2 more bathrooms to renovate, and I will not make the same mistake again. Everything is great from Joel to Marie in the front office. They calmly look to solve problems, not place blame. Very professional. If there is a mistake, they will be back to fix it. I do not trust any negative reviews posted here, likely they are competitors. Swisher has the market on bathroom renos in this area, are on top of code and work with township. I couldn't get through the fixes without them.

At our house 22 minutes after we called when we discovered the hot water tank was flooding, and this was after working hours. Extremely nice folks as well.

The guy came to check on a sink in my basement that was draining slow. He said a pipe was cracked but could re-route it without digging up the floor. Great. However, he replaced parts in my sink without asking and now the shut off valve that was there is gone. My sink backs up when it rains and dumps water on my basement floor. Thanks a lot for not asking to replace the parts and then replacing them without the same parts! Avoid them. Dishonest for not asking to replace first.
