This plumber was contracted through my home warranty company. I originally called for a emergency on Friday, which the company stated they were unable to come. I was away for the weekend so agreed to a Monday morning visit. Come Monday morning the plumber called about 9:30 A.M. then told me he would be out between 4-8, which I was unhappy with as I expected him early morning. At around 4 I called him and asked for a tighter time frame, he stated it wouldn't be earlier then 8:00P.M. and stated it would be better if he could come tomorrow. I wasn't happy but again agreed. Then this morning he called and stated he would be able to come out today. After I told him again that I am not able to use the water upstairs and have children in the home and that this was a emergency, he said "well it will have to be this afternoon then, I said not acceptable, then he said let me see what I can do and I will you call me back." He didn't call back. I again called the warranty company and they said that they couldn't change plumber as this plumber stated he guaranteed he would be out today. I was told to wait until they called between 1-3, the call never came. In the end they now say that they would not be out to service me today. I had a emergency on Friday and here I am Tuesday afternoon with again him or his company as a no show. I will be telling this story everywhere to let everyone know that this is a horrible company who knowingly left me in a home for 4 days with children unable to bath them, do laundry, and with risk of flooding my bathroom again.

Very Very disappointed in the service. We bought a living social deal to replace an outside faucet. When we initially had Mr. Resnick out to replace the faucet he said it would be too much work and that we couldn't use the voucher for it (even though that is what it was for). He did say we could use it for another similar service. Fast forward a few more months and we had an issue with needing to replace our kitchen sink sprayer. I knew this was a quick fix but did not have the tools to take care of the job and also figured we would use the voucher just to get it over with. We arranged the appointment and figured everything was fine. The young man who came out was extremely polite and helpful but had to call Mr. Resinick and then told us it would $50 more. I called to speak with Mr. Resnick to explain that wasn't what we had discussed and that this was an extremely easy fix as the young man said it would take him no more than 10 minutes. After trying to reason with Mr Resnick he finally just said thats what it is take it or leave it. I was discussing with my wife if we should just eat the cost to get it over with when Mr Resnick called the young man back and told him to leave our house without fixing anything (even if we were to pay more). The young man was very nice and I felt bad for him. He was extremely helpful and even let me know which tool to get to do the job. I went to lowes bought the tool and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. I would never use Mr Resnick or refer him to anyone. He was awful.
