Shortly after purchasing our home, the water pressure went due to a leak in the well pump in the basement. Calvary plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem, and scheduled a timely return appointment to repair. Very professional, caring service, and the price was quite reasonable. I can't recommend this company enough!

Very professional and efficient. Provided me with the best option for my plumbing repair. I am completely satisfied with my repair and I highly recommend Calvary Plumbing and Electric. I am going to use (CPE) for all of my future plumbing and electrical needs!

***An offhand response by Calvary Plumbing & Electric (which has since been removed) with 5 stars is just further proof that Calvary Plumbing & Electric does NOT stand behind their work. An honest attempt to resolve is all I ask. Please see photograph of exposed electric panel wires. My home was left in this condition for 3 weeks until a second LICENSED electrician, together with an assistant demolished all work performed by Calvary Plumbing and Electric, filled the chiseled concrete wall that had been incompetently broken through with a hand tool. The panel was replaced in a professional manner in 3.5 hours!! Calvary Plumbing & Electric used dry wall screws to install main electric panel, and did not bother to install the ground wire. We paid the price in far more than dollars and cents. I did not ask for a refund, although a refund is due. I simply asked for a fair outcome, but instead I was met with disdain. In addition, I did not 'try to write a bad review', as Calvary writes, I simply was left with no other choice! ORIGINAL REVIEW (from consumer which Calvary disrespectfully describes as "SOLE" customer): I have never written an online review, but in this case, it is warranted. Jon knowingly took $1200 in advance for panel replacement when he knew he was scheduled for surgery(elbow). Two weeks later he arrived to replace the panel but was unable to use his arm. I suggested he take time to heal, but he insisted on replacing the panel. Instead he left us without heat. I called on a Thursday to report that there wasn't any heat and he said he would be there to fix it the following Tuesday. It was 20 degrees! After a painstakingly wait over 3 weeks of part time work trying to install one panel, I asked why he was only working on a main electric panel few hours here and there, he said I was not his only customer! Had I known the work would be completed in such a haphazard manner, I would never have hired this company. I finally called a second, this time LICENSED electrician who worked with an assistant to demolish and replace Jon's work. As far as plumbing, he installed a water filter and said when his arm was better he would pull the well pump. After the filter proved useless, I hired a second plumber only to find the first filter was installed incorrectly. I paid to fix this issue as well. Most devastatingly my dog was very ill and died two months after this painful experience. Not having heat could not have been good for any living being, much less one that was already ill. I called Jon to discuss tools and materials left in boxes that the licensed electrician could not use due to liability and asked that he return and refund, but he said he stands behind his work and said I should take him to court because the judge will find in his favor. This company advertises: ALL WORK GUARANTEED HAVE FAITH IN HONEST WORK. which from this experience is furthest from the TRUTH! Furthermore, to lower standards to such a degree to respond in without resolution does not make sense. I believe it comes down to the fact that I was naive to hand over $1200 before his elbow surgery and that so much time passed between deposit and actual work began. The business's response "considers the customers review very slanderous," is inaccurate. Slander defined is "the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation." Every detail I have written is true from my first-hand experience. Again there are photos and receipts which are available if this business would be interested to validate. I believe it is in the best interest to all involved to resolve. A simple attempt at the very least. It will not undo, but I believe acknowledging a valid complaint not only will resolve this issue, it is the right thing to do. I do not want to write this review any more than the business wants to read it. And for goodness' sake, please look at the photo!
