The best customer service I have ever experienced! My wife and I were having trouble with our hot water tank so we called W.H. Motsch & Sons plumbing. Best married decision we've ever made! They were out within the hour, and after a friendly conversation with Mike, we ended up having them install a brand new hot water tank. We thought New Year, new hot water tank! Not only do we have scalding hot water now, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Our bottom step was broken off due to wear and tear and they even fixed that too! In the frigid temps we thanked them with some homemade French Onion soup, and they were delighted. If only more deals could go this smoothly the world would be a better place! Thanks again Motsch & Sons Plumbing!

Great service, our hot water tank needed replaced during a major winter storm (62.9 inches of snow); Motsch was out immediately with a new tank and installed very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

At 6 a.m. I discovered water coming out of the top of our water heater. They were at our house with a new hot water tank before the rest of the house woke up. In fact they were done before anyone else knew we had a problem. Earlier in the year, I called because we were having a problem with our toilette. The plumber helped us by creatively tweaking the manufacturer's poor design. The next time we need a toilette, I'm letting the professionals (Motsch) pick it out because we clearly don't know what quality looks like.

I've used them for years in my home and at our office and had great service from them every time. They're honest and I know I'll never be overbilled. They do high quality work and I trust them completely.

I agree with the other reviewer that Motsch Plumbing has the worst customer service on the face of the planet. We called them before noon to report a plumbing emergency involving flooding. They said they would come sometime that afternoon. At 5:00 pm I called for a status update and they said they were too busy to come at all. If they are that busy, they need to be proactive and call the customer back to advise them to contact another firm that can perform the work on an emergency basis. Do not try to work with these people, they do not care at all about their customers. They were completely unconcerned about any inconvenience, or structural damage, caused by their non-response.
