Mr. Sheehan has been the most helpful to my mom and her furnace. Came to our house in the drop of a dime. Didn’t matter what time of day or night he was there to deal with any issue. My mom is thankfully out of that hose after 30 years and good riddance to the furnace.

My name is Eileen Cressman. I suffer from fibromyalgia and an additional painful condition called erythema nodosum. We have repeatedly made appointments with you since before thanksgiving to just hook up our furnace. We have been without heat for 2 weeks. To me that is the most painful horrible situation I could be in. I cannot leave my bed and all we have is one space heater. My son has severe asthma and suffers from a lung condition that gives him pneumonia easy, poor child has been subjected to ungodly cold going to bed with snowsuit. You have blown off 3 appointments. Now you won’t answer the phone. My husband did as much as he could himself, he just needs the hook up and wiring. Should be a quick easy job for ya. If you have a heart and you want your clientele to believe you have a legitimate business come finish the work you started like you promised. No one else will touch it because you already did. They don’t want somebody else’s liability. They flat out said they won’t touch it because they did not do the install and it’s not their furnace. Please help!!! So we can have heat. This is cruel and inhumane . I’m begging you! Have a heart! I’m in so much pain! My son cannot get sick! My family is in trouble please help! Update: this occurred within two hours of my post above: So Mr Sheehan himself came to my home just now to yell at a sick woman who’s sat in cold for 2 weeks because he wasn’t happy with my prior comment. I’ll make sure everyone is aware of the type of customer service he provides, all my neighbors heard him screaming at me. He claims we owe him money, like 160 dollars, which we weren’t even aware of. For each of the three appointments he was in agreement with coming out to fix our furnace and never said he required prior payment first. He was in agreement with getting the bill paid at once once done with this current work. Why make 3 appointments if you did not intend to work until you got paid ? And then never even cancel? Blow us off ? With sick people in the house under ungodly cold for 2 weeks. No heart. No sense of proper business with their LOCAL clientele. Shame on him! And then come to my house to insult me, sick as I️ am, yelling so loud my neighbors heard it. Wow just wow. Careful hiring this clown. You will get overcharged, and you won’t get timely service if anything NO SERVICE! Don’t hire him!!!
