I called RM Crossan to schedule a Air Conditioner Checkup, Stephanie was very helpful and secured an appointment a few days out. She also called to confirm the date and time the day prior to the appointment. Tom came promptly on the assigned day, was neat in his attire and personable. He took great care in assessing the unit and explained what he was going to do and what he had done in a very understandable fashion. He left everything neat and clean. Thank you for having such a great company and such wonderful employees!

From the office staff to the plumbers, the service from this company is outstanding! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, polite, friendly, and fantastic at what they do. They fixed everything promptly and were very tidy. I've used them for heating oil & maintenance and they've always provided terrific service for that too.

Brian from the office responded quickly on a Saturday morning, and Nick was at the house within two hours. He did a great job solving our furnace problem quickly and efficiently. Very helpful and courteous.

Living in an old farmhouse, you can well understand plumbing issues over the years - copper piping "pinhole" leaks from time to time. Plumber Elwood is like family now. 😊. We have been a customer of this Crossan plumbing company for "decades". Highly recommend them.

Consummate professionals, excellent quality work - great response time. Not the cheapest plumber in the area, but you get what you pay for. Highly rec'd.
