Called in April, well before cooling season, to get my A/C systems checked out. They came in May and said I needed parts. I paid for the visit and they said they'd call when the parts were in. Never heard from them. After six weeks I called twice and left messages. Finally got a call-back in late June - in the thick of the A/C season - and was told my work had to wait because they were busy. So much for being pro-active and trying to get my service done before the busy season.

Don't use Jones. They do not return your phone call when you are requesting someone to look at your furnace. Then when you find someone else to look at your furnace and need a part that only authorized sellers can sell/buy, you call them and they treat you like you are invonvienencing them to ask them if they have the part. They then don't call you back to let you know if they have it or not. So you call them an hour later and they respond with yea we don't have it. So you ask if they could order it and they respond "I guess, but it will take 3-5 days, do you want to wait that long" (with a tone like like you are bothering them) so you request the part number so you can call other places and they tell you someone else had the number and they were leaving the shop now. Absolutely terrible customer service.
