We have used Wayne Owens plumbing twice and was extremely please. The service was good and efficient. We had the son of Mr. Owens. However ...after dealing with the secretary/ wife of Mr. Owens ,we will be looking elsewhere. We were asking a question about a possible problem after a service call and asking to see if this could have happened because of the proximity to our heater. I was more than willing to have another service call and pay for it , if needed. But i also didnt want to waste their time ,if it just was just pooled water that i didn't notice from the night before. She went off on a rant. She was rude, dismissive, and would not even listen to us explain our problem. I could not believe how unprofessional she was. When talking to my husband she hung up. They have the wrong person working the phone. Time for her to hang it up.

We have used Owens Plumbing for many years and it's a family business that knows the trade. I consider them, Wayne and his son Ashley, family friends as well as skilled professionals when we need pro's on a repair.

Ashley Owens at Wayne Owens Plumbing was friendly and quick to respond when we called for the first time after discovering a leak in our wall. We were still shy from a shady experience with another local plumber, but a neighbor recommended Ashley, so we hoped for the best. He was transparent about what he would need to do to fix the problem, did the job thoroughly, and we were surprised, when we heard the cost, how reasonable it was. In an emergency situation, it's easy for service experts to overcharge and take advantage of new customers who don't have time to shop around. He was trustworthy, honest, thorough, and friendly. Wayne Owens Plumbing just earned our business for a long time!

Wayne Owens Plumbing was highly recommended by a colleague of mine at PARKS Realty. When I called with a leak and possible broken pipe at my personal home I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day! I will definitely recommend Wayne Owens Plumbing to my clients! Thank you!
