Brittany answered the phone and was very helpful and patient with me (many questions). She had good knowledge of the company and steps to be taken. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Rick came out on-time, and explained the steps he would take to find the leak. He was very thorough and explained/showed me everything he was doing, why and the result. I had many questions and I am quite curious in these situations. He was very user-friendly for someone who does not have any background in plumbing -- giving examples and re-explaining points so I would clearly understand. His patience, friendliness, expertise, professionalism and understanding my needs made this a non-stressful appointment and provided confidence knowing exactly what/where the problem was, how to fix it, etc. I will definitely use In-House Plumbing again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

In house plumbing was recommended to me by another plumber. I thought I had a main line leak. They responded quickly, were on time and very professional. They spent a lot of time checking all my systems and explained everything they were doing in the end they determined I did not have a leak. I will use them again and have all ready recommended them to two people asking for a good plumber.

Rick was great when he came out! He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my toilets. You can tell that he cares about doing the job right and not just making money off people. He didn't even charge me for the trip! Wonderful experience!!

Quick and efficient service. They came out right on time and checked our system for any leaks. A report was submitted in a timely and professional manner. I enthusiastically recommend!

We have lived in this house for 19 years with ongoing plumbing problems. Many plumbers have told us to do this or that without a lot of evidence as to what it would accomplish. I immediately realized Rick and Willie knew what they were talking about and showed me issues in my plumbing system that were completely opposite of what I had previously been told. Will continue to use them for plumbing needs. Reasonably priced as well.
