At first, Will the owner was responsive to wanting to get my job built. But then he ran into personal problems. So I waited because I wanted to give him a chance. After they finished the first 2 phases of install, part of it failed the city inspection. I called them many times and finally got a response that said to go elsewhere for the fix. I said that it failed city inspection because pipe was not installed correctly. Never got an answer. Paid someone else to fix their work. At first I liked that Will was a religious man. But then he got a toxic attitude. I was surprised that a man of faith could talk the way he did to me.

They installed plumbing in our house and when we started having issues they never returned phone calls even after leaving multiple messages.

Good work when they actually show up. My tankless hot water heater that they installed in Jan 2011 stopped producing cold water regularly on June 30. I contacted the office and they told me somebody would come out the morning of July 3. That afternoon, they discovered the equipment they needed was actually in Fort Worth at another job, and they wouldn't be able to help me until Monday instead (holiday weekend). They came out Monday morning and cleaned out the Tankless hot water heater, and everything is working fine now. They charged $250. [For reference, they charged me $100 in 2012 when the same thing happened. Not too bad of a markup in 1 year]. While they were there, I let them know the disposal wasn't working either, and they agreed to replace it first thing on Wednesday morning (7/9). They didn't show up. No call, no explanation. I went into work around 10 after calling them a couple times with no answer, since I actually have to show up to my job. I called them a couple more times that day and then at least once every day until 7/14 when I decided that they didn't want my business. It was bad to not show up, but I think it is incredibly unprofessional to not show up, not call, and then never return a phone call. I gave them a number of outs (let me know if somebody is sick? let me know if the office is closed for the week? etc). I would not recommend this plumber to anybody. I called W. Brown Plumbing on 7/15 and they were there the next morning at the scheduled time with the correct parts. They were in/out in 20 minutes and were professional through the entire experience.
