This is the place to go it you are looking for older plumbing parts! We called to see if they had what we needed, they assured us that they did and would hold one for us. The customer service was great, -1/2 star for the facility though. The building is super old and a little disorganized, the women’s bathroom could use some tlc.

My wife works for a contract company doing A LOT of jobs. She does a lot of business with stores that have good reviews. It's really hard to believe that this place has such a good rating. My wife told them what she needed and they told her that what she asked for wasn't what she needed.any way she had to make 5 trips before she was RUDELY told well just bring your damn contractor up here then. REALLY !!!!!!!!!!!! And come to find out what she wanted originally was the parts she needed. which costed $8. They sold her a part she DIDN'T NEED for $50 !!!! And then the guy called her and her contractor A LIAR !!!!!!!!!!! REALLY !?. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE YOU KNOW. ITS CRAZY BECAUSE WE'VE ONLY HEARD HOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. But actually going there was a mistake that we will NEVER make again

Good plumbing parts house. Helpful staff to the non pro plumber. The owner thinks his Tesla warrants two parking spaces.

Treated us and our plumber like we were morons when it came to plumbing. We are not experts (our plumber is), but this is our 4th house remodel, so we know a bit. The faucet they sold us had a leak, which took some serious arm twisting for them to believe. Instead of just replacing the faulty piece, they referred us to the Warranty Department for Delta, now have to wait 8 days for the part to ship, even though they have the part in store. DONT shop here, go to APEX, way more professional.

Bought a toilet seat with faulty hinges and tried to return it to Teter’s. Jack Teter told me I didn’t buy it there even though I showed him my credit card charge. He said they have never stocked that seat. One of his employees pulled one of the shelf and he still would not acknowledge that he sold me the seat. I called the manufacturer and they are sending me a new one. They said they have many complaints about mom and pop stores like Teter’s
