Ask savana about the puppy when you go in. Super cute. They do good work too.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a "monkey with his hand in a cookie jar"and refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

In 23 years of business, I have never responded to a negative review or met such an unreasonable person as Mora. I am making an exception now. Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was "like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar", who could not pull it out. Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services. Mora is a local Doctor in Norfolk and considers himself above others. His review on Wright-Way Plumbing is not to be trusted
