Admin team was helpful and pleasant on the phone. I appreciated the "call ahead" so I would know approx. when my service technician would arrive. I had the pleasure of working with Dante for my clogged drain. He explained everything he was doing, and provided me with some education about how to prevent/repair for future issues. Dante was on time (early actually!), knowledgeable and was very kind. Would absolutely use Rescue Rooter again, and am very pleased with the quality of service.

I hired Rescue Rooter to help with a shower replacement that turned into a much more complicated task than I originally imagined. My serviceman, Kajik, was amazing though. He was friendly and a great communicator so the scope and cost were clearly understood before he began the job. His work quality was great and he showed the upmost respect for me and my house... At one point I left for a quick errand and forgot to turn the oven w/chicken in it off and he even turned off the oven for me to save the house from burning! All said and done the job was done quickly and with great high quality. I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing plumbing support.

Snake oil salesman con artist. We called them to help a customer with a clogged after a remodel. We agreed to pay $350 for 15 minutes of work to snake a drain. After I left the job site the technician talk to the elderly women who own the home and offered them a one year warranty for an additional $450. They conned them and stole their money. I feel horrible that we invited them into the customer's home. We will never do business with this company again under any circumstances.

Robert and Larry (trainee) came to work on our side sewer, which turned out to need more than just a power snake. They wound up spending three days working the problem and dealing with a huge cedar tree root that had penetrated the pipe. They worked hard, kept me advised of progress and obstacles and came up with creative ways to solve the problem. They arrived on time and cleaned up afterward. Very competent, very professional, but also easy to work with and talk to. The cost wound up being much higher than the initial estimate (which was for a one-day project), but every step was carefully explained and I know that they worked to find the most cost effective solution to a BIG problem. I would not hesitate to call on them again!

Rescue rooter replaced my sewer pump on the same day but I feel that they took advantage of my situation and upcharged as much as possible. My initial quote was for $3500 to $4000. They told me that I needed to pay $2000 up front to start. I soon received a call that they needed to clean a pipe and install a clean out for $4000 extra. That price seemed outrageous but I agreed because I had already paid $2000 and didn't want my tenants to be without sewer over the weekend. They later called and said that they decided that since the drain line was only 10 years old that it did not need cleaning but they would need to install a more expensive pump so I would still need to pay $7500. Since it was Friday I did not want to wait until the next week to start over with a different plumber, especially after I had prepaid $2000 to get them started. They knew this so they were able to get away with an additional $4000 upcharge. The plumber was very nice and customer service was excellent but I cannot give a good review to a company that requires prepayment and starts a job and then tells you that it will cost twice as much as you agreed on to have them finish the job.
