I am very unhappy with this company. I called them to replace a cartridge in a Kohler faucet for the kitchen. They arrived and demonstrated little or no competence; after they wrestled w/ it for a time, it seemed to stop leaking but an hour later it was spewing water. They charged $250.95. Two days later they returned after I bought a new Moen Faucet and charged a further $156.45 for 1/2 hour's work. I queried the charge but they insisted they bore no responsibility. Since they clearly did not know what they were doing in the first visit, I should not have had to pay a further 'service' call. Not competent … and dishonest I think.

its extremely hard to be satisfied with their service first of all they keeps making excuses to justify their irresponsibility and self centered decision such as not showing up at the place of problem without even making any phone call second of all showing a reasonable aspect of their service or price arrangement first and convince you to pay slightly more by showing an extremely expensive alternative after the first payment is done third of all what they did for diagnosing and determining the problem is to pour a bottle of liquid into drain pipe and wait for 2,3 hours with nothing else to do when they charge $120 for a first hour and $80 for the rest / an hour long story short there must be a better company in this industry

Do not deal with these people. They will damage your property and appliances. Furthermore their employees will stalk your wives or girlfriends. They will tell you they will settle and when you do what they ask they avoid you, lie and do not keep their word. Nobody likes to deal with liars or with people who damage your property.
