Thanks to Des and his team for the quick handling of our leaking water heater problem. It was greatly appreciated that he was at our house within an hour of me phoning him and then had his guys at the house the same day. Nam and Dee had the water heaters swapped out in no time which resulted in little disruption to our family! They also did a great job of keeping the work space clean and tidy:)

Now that's how you build a business. They came, gave me two possibilities for the problem and the costs associated with each, fixed the problem and lo and behold it was the lesser cost. Three hours--$427 with no surprises. When I called them on the phone and they determined it wasn't an emergency they asked if three days later at 9 AM would work for me and I agreed. They showed up five minutes early. These guys operated like they had respect for the customer. Drop sheet everywhere they worked and shoes off at the door. Cleaned up better than when they arrived. I was home and they called me over whenever they wanted to show me something important. Their whistling while they worked was a little off-key but they tried! Great experience all the way around and couldn't recommend them more. You'd be lucky to have them.

I have used Excelsior before and I was just as pleased with the service this last time. They replaced a outdoor tap and addressed a few other indoor issues. It was determined I needed a new kitchen faucet. When I purchased it and phoned to have it installed they were very prompt in coming to install it. The workers were respectful and informative. Their billing was fair.

We had a plumbing disaster at our home caused by another unqualified contractor. Excelsior took over the job and in an efficient, timely and professional manner left us with a beautifully finished bathroom reno. Call Desmond for all your plumbing needs, you will not regret it!

They installed a new furnace for us. We received awesome service. Their quote was less than the other company we looked at and for a much superior furnace too. They were courteous and did a great job. There was a couple hiccups, but they handled it professionally. I would highly recommend this company.
