Pb plumbing offers fast and reliable service. I have been using them for a year now and I recommend them to all the properties I work at. Stacey is professional and honest when scheduling for repairs to be done. She always calls when they are on their way and I appreciate that. They respond promptly to phone calls and emails and are always ready to help. Thank you Pb Plumbing.

Horrible service over the phone and in person. I had a broken hot water heater. The plumber referred me to a Allbritten (another $60 wasted), who tried to bilk me for $2k. Called PB back 3 times (put on hold twice for almost 5 minutes, hung up on once) finally spoke with a rep who quoted me $90 for " a heating guy" to checkout my hot water heater. This is after one of their plumbers inspected the unit 2 days previously. I told the office my i have no hot water, and was told they'd call me "right back". Now it's Saturday, and they're closed. Bottom line: the phone service/scheduling/dispatch is rude, completely inept, and tried to squeeze me for $. They jerked me around for 3 days, now I'm stuck an additional weekend w/o hot water. Worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Do NOT use PB plumbing!

STAY AWAY! CRIMINALS! I do not recommend doing business with these people. The employees steal from customers and the owners do not care enough to deal with the situation. My apartment complex, Eagle Glen in Murrieta, hired this company to do some repairs at our complex that required these plumbers to enter my apartment while I was not home. When I arrived back home that night, I realized a $150 gift card had been stolen from my apartment. I made repeated attempts to contact the owner of the company to get a resolution on this matter and was never able to speak to him and never got a return phone call after leaving my name, the facts, and my contact information. I can only assume the person who stole from me still works there, since the owner did nothing to deal with this situation, so hire them at your own risk. This is not how you do customer service and these sure aren't the people I want inside my home. If you have a choice, STAY AWAY!

I had a broken water line in my slab and they were there the next day. They repiped the whole house in one day and their drywallers were there the next. There price was about half of what I expected. I would highly recommend them!
