Great place to shop for all your plumbing needs. Helpful, friendly staff that are very knowledgeable.

I should start by saying the end result of the work was very nice. Having said that, the customer service skills are very much lacking. I called the shop on behalf of my father who hired these guys, only to have the owner Mark yell at me and tell me I'm not the client so he won’t speak to me. They also spilled paint on our grass, and then denied it ever happened.. the stain is still outside. It’s 2017, you should know that people will share their honest opinion online. Usually, businesses use the reviews as constructive criticism and learn from their mistakes and hopefully improve their ways. I hope this is the case in the future. Good luck to you.

This is the place to go for quality bathroom and kitchen renovations. I have been going here for years and appreciate their expertize and great service. Special mention to Robbie, Thanks for all your help with getting the parts I needed!

Went in to pick up a part for a 30 year old system and the fellow behind the desk knew it immediately. Went and got the part. Very helpful, courteous and made me a hero at home.

Very unhelpful staff when looking for spare parts for a small shower faucet repair. Instead of helping me find a suitable replacement faucet cartridge their advice was to buy their whole faucet system (sort of repair that requires breaking the shower wall and costs 20 times more). For small plumbing repairs I found better customer service advice and variety of parts at the RONA across the street.
