Pacific Plumbing & AC Repair

Wow is all I can say! My house was having some plumbing issues... A toilet was backing up into the yard from the pipe and then suddenly when we showered, water was coming up from the ground and out of the hole the downspouts from the gutters drained out of. It was the weirdest thing ever! After researching plumbers and their reviews, we called Ronald. They made an appointment for later that day, showed up on time and assessed the situation. That day we had someone out already doing work (after they told us what needed to be done and we signed the paperwork of course!) As with plumbing, especially dealing with old 100+ year clay pipes, them root of the problem was that our entire sewer line was broken. From the back of our house all the way out to the main sewer connection. But within 24 hours of discovering the problem, Pacific Plumbing had secured the proper permits (cost included in the quote mind you which was a welcome change from other contractors I've dealt with!) and started work the next morning. They used a trenchless sewer line, which is both effective, faster and cheaper. They made sure to clean up the work site, fill in any and all holes and even would walk me through the site to show me the work that was done and get my approval. They worked hard and fast. Their work is top notch! And I have to throw out there, as a woman that was alone while they were working, I felt completely comfortable. They walked me though every step of what needed to be done and involved me in the process. They truly went above and beyond anything I could expect and I will be using them for all of my plumbing from now on. I cannot recommend them enough! If you have to have a new sewer line, sewer lateral or any other plumbing done, feel confident.

Job well done, they installed a new air conditioner in my home. The house has never been this cool since I have lived here, Anthony recommended down sizing the unit since it was over sized and freezing over. I am writing this review 4 months after installation, my energy bills have been cut in half thanks to Anthonys recommendations.

Our sewer line clogged and started backing up. The first plumber who came out said they could only unclog the sewer line by digging up my neighbors driveway and part of the road which would have been extremely expensive. Peter came out the same day I called them and were able to resolve the issue without digging up my neighbors driveway or any part of the street. They used hydra-jet and were able to clear my line within 2 hours at a fraction of the price the previous plumber quoted.

Our new plumbing system has problems. We needed a plumber who was licensed to come out and assist us as our property management would come out and assist us. We ended up getting new pipes and fixed our drain line thanks so much Ronald for your help

years ago I had a similar problem with my heater, and Keith bought me the time to plan for the cost by finding a way to keep things running a bit longer. I'm very glad to see he has man like Dave working with him who have the same solid ethic. I saved a lot on that heater, and I believe that if the A/C does need replacing it will be quick, professional, and a great price. I got other bids on that heater years ago and saved a bundle with Keith. He has earned my trust and that goes a long way. There are plenty of scoundrels out there, don't let them fool you, these are often expensive fixes and you need to have someone you can believe in.
