When it comes to your home, sometimes it's best to pay a bit more for quality. These guys are properly licensed, insured,and have a long track record of service -- meaning they're a legit company that know their stuff (unlike some of their competitors). I called on their services after a competing "company" (Dry Pro Restoration) that I had contracted for repairs last year botched the job and tried to bail on the warranty. Joey Delafuente and his Twin Home Experts team quickly responded to my call and assessed the cause of damage properly. They were thorough and precise, making sure to cover and clean their workspace while performing the necessary repairs, all while documenting their progress with photos. They upload their reports to a dedicated website that organizes all invoices, estimates and photos in a neat, user-friendly manner that makes it easy to navigate and download. Plus, Joey was very accommodating with all my questions and requests -- especially while I was out of town for two weeks. If you want flashy, used car dealer showmanship that fronts the lowest rates to obscure poor (and fraudulent!) craftsmanship, by all means, pick the other guys. But if you want the best value for your money and workmanship that lasts, you can't go wrong with Joey and Twin Home Experts.

We had recently moved into a leased home and discovered numerous problems, one of which was found to be mold. We contacted multiple companies and after speaking with Jimmy at Twin Home Experts we were very impressed by his knowledge and his concern. We expressed the urgency to get it tested right away and he fit us into his already busy schedule and came out first thing the very next morning. Jimmy was professional, courteous and very thorough in explaining what he was doing while he was performing the tests. He was also very helpful and full of great advice and information. I highly recommend Jimmy!

Dave and his team are simply the BEST! I just moved into a new house and had a major water leak issue when the first heavy rain came, it was flooded through the kitchen wall. Dave had detected leaks in the roof and kitchen window and could give me a report and repair suggestions very quickly and professionally. I am so grateful he was of such amazing help so quickly. I would not trust anyone else with the repairs as he clearly knows what he is talking about, plus at the same time he is super friendly. He is very professional and super friendly!! We have used the Twin Home Experts for two major plumbing issues in our home. They came quickly and assessed the problems and came up with a plan to fix, right away. They are curious and on time, thorough and very polite. It's great to have such reliable help. Joey De La Funtes oversaw the repair from the start and was very helpful in making sure everything was done properly and timely. I recommend this company and team to all my neighbors and friends.

True Professionals We had a mold issue at our house. Dalton and Jim were responsive (Dalton responded on a Saturday morning on short notice), knowledgable (Jim explained the process and solution), and expedient (work was completed in a timely manner as scheduled).
