This is my fourth experience with John Padilla Plumbing, Heating, and Air. As always, the technician showed on time and was honest and fair, getting my repair done with efficiency. From Jimmy Gilmore this summer to Justin Woods today, the service is impeccable. I will never use another company for my plumbing, heating, and air needs.

Waited over an hour for the service man from the schedule repair time. He did the job incorrectly thanks I found after I paid. The company would not fix it unless paid more after i just paid them. Not trustworthy. Better places

Scammer company. The company does NOT pull permits to perform work and does not follow to California State Building Code. The owner, Mr. John Padilla claims to have been part of the Contractors State Licensing Board, but then does not follow the Building Code is completely hypocritical. In fact, Mr. Padilla told me his company regularly does a "Swap-out" for work, which do not met code. Unbelievable. I am left with a water heater that is not to code and the company wants to charge me to do it right when they screwed it up!

I would give zero stars if I could to Padilla Plumbing! Long story short, they just give lip service and STILL have not completed the job after three plus months. Another plumber pointed out the required legal permits were not made as well so have to do it all over again to fully comply with the law!!!

I hired Padilla Plumbing and the technician was not only late but did not complete the job. The owner and son came to inspect the unit and confirmed the installation was done incorrectly. I asked them to fix it and they wanted to charge me. I found that so unprofessional and I asked them to leave as o will need to see them in court to defend their lousy work.
