Had this company come out due to a drain back up. I ended up paying them $300 because they could not find the where it was backing up. After I wrote the check, I tried to ask a couple questions that were not answered but just kind of brushed off. I asked if there would be any kind of warranty since I didn't feel very confident in their inability to answer my questions. He said "No, but you won't have another back up." 2 weeks later, I am experiencing the same problem so my husband called and right off the bat, the guy was super confrontational and said he wouldn't come out for less than $140. I ended up calling aaa drain cleaning. The difference in professionalism was like night and day. My drain has not had any more problems and even if it does, aaa offers a 2 week warranty for their $79 charge which is a fraction of a cost I paid with this rip off company! And in full disclosure, we gave them every opportunity to make this situation right before posting this review. He is unstable and unprofessional and should be avoided!

We had a blockage in our main sewer line and called Jake the Snake. They came out the same day and fixed the issue for a great price! Highly recommend!!!!!

I called this company because of what their website said and paid extra money over one of the 99$ main line cleaning companies. They state on their website they run a camera to determine how long the line is so they know how long to run the machine. I scheduled and paid $160 for a mainline clean. I was at work and my girlfriend assisted getting the worker in. The worker was very friendly and on time. He ran his machine 125ft worth, called it a day and left. No camera was ever ran. I came home took a shower and had flooding again. "At Jake The Snake Drain Cleaning, we get the job done right the first time." False. I called and let them know the problem was still happening and was told he would try to make it out the next day but was busy and had staff not show up. Around 6pm I asked if he was going to make it and was promptly called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, Ran a camera to the max 135ft(I was not present again) and there was no clog up to that point. He then ran his machine and added extension to 145 ft and hit the clog. This was great except he charged another $140. I am giving this 1 star based on principle of not getting what I paid for the first time THEN getting charged a second time for it. I understand this is a rare case of extra-long main line but if the company delivered what they stated they do it would have been discovered the first time and their slogan would have remained true. "At Jake The Snake Drain Cleaning, we get the job done right the first time."

Charlie from Jake the Snake arrived late on a Saturday night. He was super friendly, confident, and very good at his job. We had been struggling with our backed up sewer for days with no luck. Charlie was sympathetic and very, very good - he was joined by Ken and they had the work done quickly. They charged us a very affordable price and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly. I thank God that we found such honest and trustworthy plumbers. It's hard to find such good, hard working people these days. We certainly were very lucky to have stumbled across these fantastic plumbers.
