As a former worker for SR plumbing there were great projects the company has worked on such as the project for the innovation middle school in the lake nona area i was giving a job nobody from our company wanted to do (which was insulation) the other workers complained about the conditions of that particular job the company was falling behind on the project because the materials were not brought from the office on time only brought the day of or before we had inspection which almost caused the company to lose the contract with innovation middle school. The conditions i worked in were not required to be done but i was afraid that i would lose my job behind it so i continued to work, I had to stand on electrical pipes to finish insulation in a building and i was told by the foreman of the electric company that if those pipes were to bend or break under my feet that i could have died instantly but i continued to work thinking that i would be noticed by the general foreman of the company for my hard work and i was also promised a raise in which i was never given. So today Monday June 5th,2017 Me the foreman and two other co-workers were called to go to the office before we went to work and when we arrived at 5:45am( around this time we would usually clock in for work at the job site to begin working) the CEO of the company had a talk to our foreman we spent almost an hour there waiting for them to tell us what we had to do for the day and after a few minutes of waiting our foreman approached us and told us that our boss wanted us to grab materials every morning at 6am to then take it to the job site but the timr spent getting materials from the office we would not be getting paid which is outrageous because even when we were working long hours to finish this project we were still under paid for our hard work the time we spent doing overtime most of the time i spent with working at the job the hours we were supposed to get overtime were not all there and instead of getting overtime we got the hours in regular hours on seperate checks . So as a future employee for this company if you are trying to work here think about it there are other jobs that pay better and have less hassle with paying you. And for those who work here at this job think about all of the times you were promised that raise and never got it, think about all of the employees you seen at the company that left because they were underpaid or there checks were missing hours.
