Thanks for those reviews, had them scheduled to come and canceled after reading the horror stories from this location. Dodged a bullet.. have a lot of work to do but found a much better place with a 4.8 rating on 92 reviews! Customer service and integrity go a long way.

BEWARE!!! The phone customer service person was great until the plumber came out. I had a leak under my bathroom. The plumber insisted that he needed to replace my ENTIRE houses plumbing. When I asked how much it would cost to replace the segment that was leaking, he wanted $1479 to replace a segment of pipe. The service call was supposed to be $45; however, they charged $168 because he said it was an estimate and not a service call.

What a nighmare! We had water leaking inside the house. They came out to fix the leak the plumber was here most of the day and eventually found d the source of the leak and repaired it but I had to pay him by the hour to find it. He tore out my bath vanity, tore up the tile foor, knocked a huge whole in the exterior wall. And then demanded pmt in full at the end of the day. To add insult to injury, he saI'd that by law, he had to call a water restoration company to also come out. This crew of water restoration people busted in, tore out walls in the hallway, dinning room and bathroom. Almost a year later and I'm still tying to get everything fixed. Final straw I got a letter from my insurance company that I am uninsurable. Don't deal with these people or their water restoration people. The leak was just a small puddle of water. Now I feel as though I am going to lose everything.

So far my experience with Ben Franklin has been awful. When I made my appt. I told the customer service rep I will use the coupon for the service call, I needed one line snaked in the kitchen & did not want to pay more than 76.00, per on line charge. Well when they got here they wanted $400.00 approx. to snake the line. I said no way, they charged me $50 for telling me that. No way would I ever recommend this company for anything. Also been waiting 3 hours for manager to call me. .
