In February, I signed a maintenance agreement with Midway Services for my A/C unit and had my initial inspection conducted by technician Anthony 4717. I was very impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. Over the past weekend my heat pump stopped working, I called Midway and they sent technician Jason 4703. He conducted a very thorough troubleshooting of my entire A/C system and determined the solid state mother board was not working properly. It was still under warranty, so he ordered the new part, had it delivered to my home and installed the new mother board within the same visit. He then conducted a series of tests and all is working well. I was in the building trades and was a foreman of many electrical workers over many years in NY. I was extremely impressed with Jason, he is a true mechanic in my opinion, with an abundance of knowledge in his trade. I highly recommend to Midway owners and supervisors to take great care of keeping such an excellent employee as Jason. Thank you Midway, Joseph

This was a while ago, but I drive by every single day and have to cynically chuckle about your Christian Values signs. I was having some serious car issues and could barely drive my vehicle; the closest garage to me and my work was your neighbor. I tried to park in the mechanic's lot, but it was FULL. I was seriously stamping my foot on my brake to maintain control, and was panicked, so I parked in the very last spot of your lot, furthest from your building and as close to the mechanic's business as possible. I was late for work and trying to maintain myself when someone in your office came rushing out to tell me "uhm, excuse me, you can't park here!!"...... Only about 25% of your rather large lot had vehicles parked there. There was no politeness whatsoever, no "Hello, are you going to be here long?" or "Would it be possible not to park here?" I told your employee that I didn't even know if my car would start, and went inside the auto repair shop. My vehicle was moved by a mechanic to an area behind their business about 5 minutes later, in no way effecting your day's business. I've worked in the service industry for 15 years, and I know that's not how you treat people. I'm sure you get folk parking the all the time when they're not supposed to, but there was absolutely zero compassion for my situation. Poor representation of your business and neither myself nor my family will ever be using your services.

I highly recommend this company. They are professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with many contractors and Midway is more reliable and their follow-up exceeds other contractors. If I had a question or change order they were prompt in responding and provided advice when needed. Very happy with their service. One note for any remodel project - the timeline is never what you will see on TV and usually exceeds their estimates. You need to be patient with any company if you want the best quality in the craftsmanship.

I called to have my shower faucet checked out was told it needed anew cartridge. Cartridge was replaced for $200.00. Ok I guess but seems high. Edit. I received a call today from Cathy at Midway Services ana we discussed a few things and some adjustments were made and I have amended my review to reflect a better opinion. After the discussion I better understand how things are done and can appreciate their side of the business.. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
