At last! A company that provides excellent work for the homeowner, and has courteous and honest employees as well as fair pricing and timely service. They've done a lot of work for me lately, do small and large jobs, and have detected a dangerous problem in my home that was not in their purview and for which I had to locate another, specialized company who confirmed their observations.

Our experience with A.J. Michaels was very positive starting with the first tech. that fixed our our old heater, Jason (estimator) and Stanley from Baltimore Chimneys. Rick and Ricky installed our AC and heating; both were very professional, courteous and did a fantastic job in completing the replace of our home AC and heating system! Both my husband and I would highly recommend using A.J. Michaels. Thanks for everything and we'll use your company in the future when we need anything else done in our house.

I love A.J Michaels they were awesome! They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a new hvac system that was very energy saving, I will recommend them to all my family and friends. The lady Donna in the office was great to deal with she was very nice. Thanks again for the great service!

The best plumbing/hvac/mechanical company around. They have an extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. We have almost exclusively used them for years for both residential and commercial work. Their work is excellent. Im especially grateful for their emergency service. I wouldnâ€™t even consider going anywhere else. Family type atmosphere in this business with the ability handle massive jobs. This review is also a thank you to the staff there for all theyâ€™ve done for me. Just good people.

They are a solid 3 stars. I think if they had charged less money, I wouldn't have been so annoyed with the low quality of the work. We paid about 10k for a bathroom remodel. They gutted and redid the bathroom about 5 years ago. Pros: Great job on the green board walls. The electric is all wonderful as is the plumbing, which are the major points. They did come out and fix the wood in the window (mentioned below) so I appreciate that a lot Cons: I wanted a recessed medicine cabinet. They did not inform me that this would make it lopsided from the counter top. It just doesn't look right. But I can live with that. They used WOOD TRIM on the window in the shower (#oldhouseproblems) I am not a contractor, but I have many friends and family in other areas who are. You don't use wood in the shower. It started warping. I appreciate that they replaced it with plastic but why would you use wood in the first place? The tiles on the floor were not installed well. If tiles are not firmly installed into the grout/glue/stuff, they will crack super easily. Tile is supposed to be super durable. We don't drop tons of heavy things in our bathroom. We walk on it. We've probably dropped a shampoo bottle or a hair brush. There is no reason that the tile should have as many hairline cracks as it does. tl;dr: They did a nice job at some things, cut corners or just didn't do it right for other things, and charged a lot.
