Great professional and helpful service. Solved our problem - huge leak in our crawl space. Solid pricing too! We will be returning in the future and referring Carroll Plumbing. Thank you so much for saving the day!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ben, the owner of the company was extremely rude and did not stand by his work. The guys he sent out however, were very nice and tried to help as best they could. I literally moved into the house where he had done the work the day before the hot water heater that he installed went out. Without even looking at it, he told me that it wasn't his fault. I had a basement full of water and all he wanted to do was be rude to us and deflect responsibility. Please choose someone else for your plumbing work as this man was very rude and nasty to us both times we called him. He does not appear to have confidence in his work and he does not stand by the job he does.

They came late for both appointments. They were grumpy with me and blamed my children for the problem when it was not their fault. We paid $700, and a week and two appointments later, the problem was still not fixed (approaching $1000 total cost). We asked them to honor their service warranty, and they DID NOT DO IT!!!! Do not go here! Call someone else. Update: They were willing to work with me and come back for free after the second appointment. They wanted to establish a good relationship, and I'm willing to give them a second chance. Second update: After our THIRD time to have them over in three weeks, even having them come back for free, they still could not solve the problem. I called TLC plumbing, and they solved the problem in 3 days for $130 with two visits.
