I would give less than 1 star if I could. Rotten business. stay away at all costs. We used them for a conversion from Swamp cooler to Central Air. They left the copper in the ceiling, it slowly leaked and when we asked someone to come out we charged for an inspection fee without notifying us up front. We said no and The REPUTABLE places don't charge for inspection either. If they do, THEY LET YOU KNOW UP FRONT, NOT WITH A BILL. They put a lean on a former client over $55 they should have written off. After we dropped thousands for the conversion, this is how they treat you. Horrible business practices and customer service. Reported them to Better Business Bureau which is also a joke with no ability to work for a resolution. DO NOT USE FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE TERRIBLE

My heater and water heater went out a couple days before thanksgiving! They were able to come out the day after I called them for assessment. They would be closed for Thanksgiving so the owner moved things around and was able to schedule my appointment for the Wednesday before. Everyone was very courteous, respectful and I am impressed with the quality of work provided. John did my install and he is awesome! They were in and out within 5 hours. That included having to replace the floor after taking out the old and before putting in the new units! I had an great experience and highly recommend this company!

We tried the service plan-- $500 per year-- and when I started realizing the bills we got for maintenance calls (on work that had obviously not been done well in the first place, because our cooler needed servicing twice in two or three weeks after they set it up-- it didn't work well from the get go) were exorbitant I decided to cancel. The tech who showed up to work the problem was drunk; he had to return to the house an hour after leaving because water was pouring off the side of the roof (I guess he didn't get it right the first time) The bill we got for them fixing their own shoddy workmanship was nothing short of ridiculous, and we'd paid $500 for the "service" plan, which I guess doesn't really help much for costs during the year... sure didn't help us.

Ancae provides excellent and reliable service. They stand behind their work. I have been a residential customer of Ancae since 2013. They service and repair our hot water heating system with two boilers and also two evaporative coolers. (They just replaced one that was 20 years old.) I find their service people are really smart and are great at solving problems, even with sewer lines in my 70-year-old house. I know I can count on them. When a company does a good job I think they should be recognized and I am grateful for the work they have done for me. Doris Brooks
