I love Hylan Plumbing! I was renovating my bathrooms and kitchen and Fran the owner guided me through every step of the way.... Fran is brilliant creative organized and honest.... All of the ladies are extremely nice and helpful... Fran made it seem so easy but I would not have the amazing and beautiful results I wake up to every day without Frans knowledge and patience honestly she kept me focused and helped me get my act together.... I will go to Hylan Plumbing for years to come it was an amazing experience Thanks Fran and all the ladies at Hylan Plumbing

Great place for our bathroom renovation.Showroom has more to offer than it appears from the outside.Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable but my girl is Marsha! She went above and beyond guiding us, she immediately knew our taste and what we were looking for. With her knowledge and expertise not only with products but with the plumbing supplies needed as well. We highly recommend Hylan Plumbing, we will be back for future projects.

Workers are friendly and very helpful whether you are a master plumber or a homeowner just trying to make a repair they treat you the same. I find prices are better than the big stores. This business is a mom and pop type business and has been around along time.

I was recommended to Hylan through a plumber I contracted to do the work on my new construction home. Customer service was very friendly and upbeat pre-purchase. Once you buy and there is an issue everything goes out the window. When delivery came they were missing a few items which they said they would deliver later on. We didn't think twice about it. It wasn't an issue considering we were not at the stage we needed these items. There were also a few items the plumber said we did not need at all. I called Marsha and explained to her what the plumber was telling me. She explained the items were "special order" and "not returnable." Okay not the end of the world, "I'll suck it up" I said to myself figuring three or four hundred bucks on a 15k order is a learning curve. Low and behold when we were ready, we had received only one of the missing items and not the other. My project manager called and explained to Marsha the issue and was met with the attitude of not my problem. He brought the paperwork to Hylans office that shows we did not receive it. They didn't care. Then after we realized we weren't getting anywhere Fran (the boss) said she would split the cost of the toilet with us. I originally paid $495, the replacement cost when we went to pickup was $395. How is that a split? BUYER BEWARE: Go over your order item by item, and have a professional check everything before buying. On pick-up or delivery ensure all your items are there, go through every box piece by piece if it takes hours. In the event of a issue have Hylans representative clearly mark the paperwork that you did not receive it. Remember, it's your money. I'm just sorry I thought they were honest.
