They charged $270 to install one toilet!!! Easily triple what I have paid other plumbers in the past. Total rip-off for a halfhour job and $15 of materials max. They didn’t make this pricing known ahead of time. The technician they sent was a new guy, not a licensed plumber and was not supervised by a licensed plumber. He wouldn’t leave until the bill was paid in full. I called and complained and found out that the actual plumber holding the license teaches during the days and doesn’t take part in the estimates or actual operations. Not impressed.

They called the very hour they were supposed to be here and said they didn't have anyone available to handle my job. I had booked weeks ahead because we only visit this home once every month or two, so I need my contractors to commit to their appointments. Every visit here, therefore every appointment for any kind of service, requires a 14 hour round trip, so cancelling creates a huge problem for me and costs at least $100!

Charged me $230 just to remove a toilet. Had it advertised on Angies List for $190 for installation and removal. Basically I was double charged.

George operates his business with a team approach. I have rental properties that he has repaired on a moments notice. One had a gas leak and also needed some electrical work....Yes, his company does both plumbing and electrical services. This year I plan to have them remove water (tank) heaters at my residence, and replace them with instant hot water unit capability. I have all the confidence that they will do a reasonable and excellent job for us. I suspect the neighbors will also take the same approach to a safer and more efficient approach. When I travel, I always take Project Services contact information with me. I have comfort in knowing George and his team will be there if a need arises. I am pleased with this company and respect their attention to customer satisfaction with integrity, competence and timeliness.

When my hot water tank sprung a leak, I called four plumbers. First couldn't do it until next week, second and third were slow(er) to respond. George replied right away and said that he could have a crew over right after lunch. The crew was fast, professional and very thorough -- I had working hot water within 2-1/2 hours (basement, easy access, your mileage may vary depending on what else is involved) While it pays to compare prices, the customer service and satisfaction from Project Services was top notch and I will be putting them at the top of my call list next time!
