This place is absolutely terrible. I called them up to do a simple job of installing a toilet and installing a vanity and sink (I even removed the previous toilet and pedestal sink before he arrived). They quoted me and estimated the job to take 3 hours. Sounded good enough to me. Then they said the plumber will be there on Wednesday between 9 and 9:30 am. Wednesday comes, and as expected, nobody is there by 9 am. 10am, still nobody here. 11am, still nobody here. Now this place is starting to irritate me. No phone call to say they might be late, no communication at all. Finally someone shows up at 11:30. He takes a lunch break at 1 and starts back working at 1:30, then he leaves at 2:30 without the job being done. I got angry because I had to take a day off of work and the job wasn't even completed, which means I have to take ANOTHER day off for this to be done. They said they'll be in touch to schedule the next appointment. Now Thursday comes and the plumber just shows up at my house and expects to finish the job. However, I'm at work already and he calls and expects me to just leave work to go back to the house so he can finish. Obviously I say no and schedule for Friday, between 11 and 1. Lo and behold, nobody shows up until 1:30. Half an hour late AGAIN. He finishes the job at 4 after making 4 trips back to the warehouse to get parts he forgot, which was basically an hour and a half of time spent not actually working on the plumbing. The job is done, everything works. Then I get the bill. They want almost $1,000 for putting me through hell for 2 days. Never using these guys again for anything, and I highly suggest for you to do the same.

My mother in law had water filling her basement. Called Wolfcshmidt about 7:30 AM And they sent someone out right away. It was a pipe which they fixed, Never used them before but will use exclusively from now on. Highly recommend.

Excellent company

When our sewer line backed up we called them to clean out the line. We were told that the pipe had collapsed and had to be dug up (for several thousand dollars) and had to be replaced. We called Root 24 who immediately came out and diagnosed the problem as roots clogging the pipe. Snake up the line....problem resolved. Wolfschmidt is just a rip off. Do NOT use them before getting another quote.
